At Crep Protect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your sneaker care products, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are unopened and in their original condition, then securely pack them in the original shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
