What is your return policy for sneaker care products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cleaning brushes or opened solutions cannot be returned.
Are Crep Protect products safe for all sneaker materials?
Yes, our cleaning solutions and protectant sprays are designed to be safe on suede, nubuck, leather, canvas, and mesh. We always recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first.
